Aside from the parents and learners’ continuous patronage to Chalkboard, they also recently achieved back-to-back recognition and awards for the Chalkboard Founders, Kristine Brown, the CEO and founder, and Albert Tablan, the COO and co-founder.

Kristine Brown featured on Asia CEO Events as a panelist in Asia Women’s Forum

During the first month of 2022, Chalkboard welcomed the opportunity of being recognized in the Asia Women’s Forum 2022. It is the largest regular business event in Philippines and considered one of the most important in the Asia Pacific region. Events are organized by an alliance of Filipino and international businesspeople with a mission to promote Philippines as a premier business destination to global decision makers.

Asia CEO Forum functions as an activist to promote the activities of local and multinational organizations across Southeast Asia. Held in Manila, presenters are leaders in their industries and engaged in pursuits of significance to the entire region. It is such a momentous event when Kristine Brown was invited and given the chance to be one of the speakers of such a prestigious event.

Alongside her were some of the most reputable and most distinguished women of the Philippine society:

Leonor Briones-DepEd Secretary

Ruth Cabal-CNN Philippines, News Anchor

Nina Aguas– Insular Life Executive Chairman

Gemma Gaerlan-TOA Global Vice President

Furthermore, last March 22, 2022, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Bonfiacio Global City, Chalkboard’s COO and Co-Founder, Albert Tablan, received a distinguished award as “Top 50 Rising Tigers: Nation Builders” by Asia Leaders Awards. Asia Leaders Awards is the Philippines and Southeast Asia’s largest business awards event and is behind the recently held “Rising Tigers: Nation Builders”.

In line with this year’s Year of the Water Tiger and with the Veri Peri as the color of the year, the theme of the event mainly revolved around bravery, strength, newness, and happiness. This celebration is dedicated to reminding everyone that in spite of all the hurdles, challenges, and struggles, strong leaders continue to step up to continuously give honor and pride to their companies, people, and communities. There’s no defying strong and true leadership – for they know how to put shortcomings into new beginnings and how to pave their way to success.
